His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will patronise the graduation ceremony of the 9th batch of the Al Zaeem (Leader) Mohamed Bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air College at the college headquarters at Al Udeid Air Base on Wednesday morning.
